Now I’m going to make an assumption here – that you enjoy a good Roast BBQ as much as I do.  I’ll bet that you enjoy the beautiful flavors that can be produced with a good cut of meat and a good BBQ as much as I do (My mouth is watering now!) The truth is that as much as I enjoy cooking and eating a succulent Roast BBQ, I enjoy even more experiencing these moments with my wonderful family.
